## Fictional example

The participant wanted to feel more comfortable attending a recovery meeting.
The coach helped compare two meeting options and practiced an introduction
with them. The participant chose a Thursday meeting and requested a Friday
check-in. The coach agreed to follow up Friday. This records preparation and
a plan; it does not establish that the participant attended the meeting.
